Recipe For A Hippopotamus Sandwich

A hippo sandwich is easy to make.

All you do is simply take

One slice of bread,

One slice of cake,

Some mayonnaise

One onion ring,

One hippopotamus

One piece of string,

A dash of pepper -

That ought to do it.

And now comes the problem…

There is a lot of imagery language i can picture the sandwich, I can see it.  There is a lot of repetition, he says “one” almost every line.  There is rhyming spread out at the end of each line, take cake, ring string.  Seems like a Lyric poem.  There is lots of beat.  The starting to middle to end is good how he talks about,  A hippo sandwich is easy to make all you need is, and he says in the middle the list of ingredients and at the end he says now the problem is how do you biting into it.
